We were not planning on buying anything our first visit, but the deal we were offered was so fair and competitive, that we ended up driving home in our Prius. We found everyone at this Dealership to be polite, professional, friendly and helpful. We had a couple of "glitches" that came up after we bought the car. This dealership handled them in a prompt, fair, professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dealership to friends and family. Ask for Bryan! This was my first Toyota, but it won't be my last. More

I would have chosen a car from Ira just based on the service but I was fortunate enough to find the exact car I had been looking for right there on the lot! Bill Kinney was very professional and kind. He was thorough and very informative. Derek Lively was super friendly and kind without being pushy. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole experience. I never felt rushed and yet also never felt like I had to wait unnecessarily for anything. Derek also helped me get the appropriate paperwork in order (insurance, etc.) and was quite patient throughout the whole process. Overall, my experience was wonderful at Ira Toyota! Excellent experience. Our sales person Seth was awesome; very knowledgable and responsive to our needs. He spent quite a long time speaking with us to ensure that he knew exactly what we wanted and what wa very knowledgable and responsive to our needs. He spent quite a long time speaking with us to ensure that he knew exactly what we wanted and what was important to us so we would not be wasting our time being shown vehicles in which we would have no interest. When it came to agreeing to a price for the vehicle we immediately were provided the dealers' bottom line price that was more than acceptable to us based on the prior research we had done. There was no hasseling concerning the price. The other employees we dealt with in regards to financing and other paperwork were also very friendly and knowledgable. We got the exact financing we wanted at a rate below our botton line rate for which we would have financed. The myriad of paperwork was fully explained to us. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle Seth once again spent quite a long time with us going over the vehicle from front to rear explaining every facet of the vehicle. Would definitely reccommend this dealer and would return when another vehicle is needed. More

My sister and I went into Ira Toyota just to check out the Yaris. We weren’t sure if this was the vehicle for her or not, and we were a little apprehensive about feeling pressured. She wanted a brand new vehicle, and though she was looking at the Yaris, she wasn’t sure at first if it was for her. Our experience at Ira was terrific. We were greeted by John DeMille, an extremely great sales associate, who asked us questions to make sure he that he got the right vehicle for her. Though we didn’t even specify a color, my sister was amazed that he brought out the exact color she was looking for. The test drive was pleasant and John asked the right questions to make sure she was comfortable driving it. My sister knew before the test drive was over that it was the vehicle for her. Imagine the first car John brought out, was the one she wanted. The rest of the experience went terrific John worked with us on the pricing and Shaun and Dennis helped to get us where my sister needed to be price wise. Josh took over with the final documents and made sure my sister understood all the terms and exactly what she was signing. I can’t express enough how well the sales experience was. We met Dan Levesque at the end of January to just see what a new RAV4 third row looks like. Dan knew we just wanted a few minutes of his time but on that cold, cold January day (and a busy day for the d what a new RAV4 third row looks like. We then went to other dealerships to look at different vehicle brands and types. At the four other places we went to, we did not come close to finding as nice of a sales person as we did with Dan. It was no surprise that we returned to IRA when we realized we wanted a minivan (which incidentally was what Dan had recommended on our first meeting!) and asked for Dan. Polite, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all patient!! Dan exceeded our expectations...especially after other sales people we had encountered in the past few weeks. At 7:30pm and 20 degrees out, Dan was so nice about me wanting to choose another color van after he had already got the other van ready...he walked the lot with us and told us to take our time. It truly felt like he was our friend - personable, kind and did I say patient?! He helped get us a great van for our family. Dan and his manager enabled us to buy our first new car ever! We went to another local Toyota dealership to see what their best price would be and it would not have been possible for us to buy from them. Josh Glazier, director of finance, was low pressure, helpful and funny. In the past four days that we have had the van, we have recommended Dan and IRA to everyone who sees it and will continue to do so. Dan is fantastic. We so appreciate all of his help. More
