I was hesitant to go there since the car I I found was not a Toyota. But the sales consultant Jenelle Bosinger Was absolutely fantastic. Took my father-in-law 2022 TRD Pro off road Tacoma in for service. Pulled into the service department. Was greeted by Michael. Took my info down and went on my way. About 2 hrs later my vehicle service was a service. Pulled into the service department. Was greeted by Michael. Took my info down and went on my way. About 2 hrs later my vehicle service was all done. Came to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Michael told me that during service the technician dented my rear passenger side bumper and also scratched my rear passenger side fender. Exiting the service Bay Area. I was surprised and upset when I saw the damage. Even though the dealership was at fault. I would not have expected this type of behavior from an ASC Certified technician at a Toyota dealership. This is the type of behavior I would expect from a non maker dealership. I did receive an apology from Michael and Toyota will order and pay for the parts and do the repairs needed to the vehicle at no charged to me. I expect better care when it comes to taking care of the customers vehicles. More

I was thrilled when IRA Toyota was able to get me in early the same day I called to deal with windows that wouldn’t shut and doors that didn’t lock . I also had oil changed. All other service depts were early the same day I called to deal with windows that wouldn’t shut and doors that didn’t lock . I also had oil changed. All other service depts were making me wait for more than a week. I was immediately able to get to and from dealership with shuttle.
