I scheduled a 4 wheel alignment through the Toyota app with my car as the logged in vehicle and it said the alignment would be 79.99 with a discount it came to 71 and change. When I went to pick my vehicl with my car as the logged in vehicle and it said the alignment would be 79.99 with a discount it came to 71 and change. When I went to pick my vehicle up it changed to 139.99. They said the app didn’t know the specific cost of the service even though it knows my vehicle. It just reminded me why I’ll never go back to a dealer for general maintenance ever again. More
Went in looking at a car that they said was certified. And for a week i was looking at it until i was ready to buy, then all the sudden they said it’s not certified but everything is up to date with and n And for a week i was looking at it until i was ready to buy, then all the sudden they said it’s not certified but everything is up to date with and no work was needed. I am two months in and it needs pads and rotors! in the signing process they forgot to give me the title agreement to sign. then mailed it to my old address. a month later Rob called me asking where i was and ‘what the xxxx i was doing in that town’. so i go to ira and sign the paper and while im there i got an oil change. they said it was 40 min wait and if too THREE HOURS bc they forgot to add me to the line, forgot to bring the forms after working on it over, AND forgot it in the back of the lot when it was complete. i had to walk myself over to it and empty out the papers and plastic bags on the seats. Daniele apologized for the wait a lot and said the next service was free. But i don’t think a car i just bought should need rotors already, that should have been taken care of especially if it was ‘certified’.Some people have been really nice, others have not. More

In for 10,000 mile service. Tech cleared out message that showed miles till oil change but didn’t clear Message Screen. Called and was told they do that all the time!!!! When Tech cleared out message that showed miles till oil change but didn’t clear Message Screen. Called and was told they do that all the time!!!! When reached assigned agent l was told l could look up in manual how to clear or use internet. Lastly just come back. After waiting 2.5 hours no thanks, not doing another hour round trip. Simple resetting screen would have saved a lot of frustration. More
