Thank you for your response. Feed back like this is used as a teachable moment and helps us to make the necessary improvements. It looks as though our team had a miscommunication regarding the alignment on your vehicle. I apologize that poor communication on our part caused you to initially be charged for the alignment. We did process a refund for immediately and have made corrective action with our team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I looked at the visit you mentioned regarding the radiator as well. It looks like because of the recent replacement of the radiator, we covered the cost of installation for the hoses, and you were just responsible for parts. As we had discussed, hoses aren’t replacement preemptively unless their condition is questionable. That said, at the time of replacement we saw no need to replace the hoses as well. Regardless of your response, I still feel that the dealership was trying to make additional unearned money at my expense. I had requested an alignment only if it was needed. After reviewing the vehicle, your dealership called me to inform me that I definitely needed a wheel alignment. I approved the cost and the work. When I requested the alignment before and after report that shows the work was completed, you were not able to provide. This is when you back peddled and stated that I did not need an alignment. This is very odd as your dealership specifically called me to tell me that I needed the Alignment . You even went as far as charging for the alignment and at a higher rate than had been quoted. Unfortunately, there always seems to be issues when I work with your dealership.
