Quick service. Sandra was great! Gave 4 stars because for the amount I dished out you could have put air in the tires. You were right there changing the wheel beari Sandra was great! I took my vehicle in for service. They told me it would take 1.5-2 hours, 5 hours later. The service never called to let me know what was going. I went back at the 1.5 hr mark and They told me it would take 1.5-2 hours, 5 hours later. The service never called to let me know what was going. I went back at the 1.5 hr mark and was told she tried to get a hold of me, which was a lie, no text no call. She went to talk to the tech came back 10 minutes later stating "what they recommend". I scheduled for the work to be done in a week. She told me they are finishing up, so go inside and have a seat it should be 10-15 minutes. An hour later I went out to the service garage and my car was first in line to leave and she said they just finished up with the paperwork. I find that hard to believe. I have bought my vehicle from them and have had all the service done by them. This is the first time I have ever experienced this from them. More
