I just went to Ira Toyota for my first service on my new car. I called at the start of the week to make sure they would have my part. When I got there Friday, they no longer had the part. I had to pay for a car. I called at the start of the week to make sure they would have my part. When I got there Friday, they no longer had the part. I had to pay for a rental so they could keep my car, get the part the next AM and install it. When I picked it up and brought it home, my husband told me they installed the wrong size tow hitch. We asked for a 1.25” and they installed a 2”. Pretty disappointing experience for my first and maybe last time with them. More

Had the tires rotated and balanced. Tire sensor light was on and I was told that I would get a quote the next day, to replace the antenna for the sensor and did not receive it.
