Waited 10 minutes after pulling in while 7 customer service reps were at their station and there wasn't any other cars there except the car that was waiting next to me, they were there before me. They service reps were at their station and there wasn't any other cars there except the car that was waiting next to me, they were there before me. They weren't helping anyone. No one even acknowledged me until someone came over . Bizarre! More

I purchased a 2013 Jeep at Ira in Manchester NH in 8/2021. Fortunately I purchased the extended warranty. I have had to replace brakes that didn’t pass inspection, shocks, rear axle, TOTAL ENGINE REPL 8/2021. Fortunately I purchased the extended warranty. I have had to replace brakes that didn’t pass inspection, shocks, rear axle, TOTAL ENGINE REPLACEMENT, TOTAL TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT, and the stereo head unit died among other smaller repairs. The engine replacement was done LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. The vehicle has literally been in the shop off and on continually, once for two months straight, other times for weeks. I am now faced with paying $3500 out of pocket because the warranty has now covered an amount equaling the value of the car. Buyer beware. If I could leave negative stars for this review, I would. More
