The day that they need sell the car they treat you awesome… after that is awful. I buy from Massachusetts and the first questions that I ask was about the registration process for Massachusetts they S awesome… after that is awful. I buy from Massachusetts and the first questions that I ask was about the registration process for Massachusetts they Said that everything will be set for the registration with my passport, this was a Sunday. They call me on Monday and let me know that without a state ID they can’t do the registration. I get the state ID Tuesday morning and I start call from Tuesday to Friday to let them know that I have my ID until Friday probably I don’t go to have the car from one week more and next month I need to do the first payment and I being paying for the car insurance without using the car. Of course I’m super mad 😡. I buy the car on the 1/10 and i don’t have the car yet. Due to my review in Google, Manager write his email and email him and nothing. They didn’t answer my phone calls either. I send my ID but they don’t rush the process. More
I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium from Ira Toyota of Manchester, and although the experience started off a bit rocky, it was an easy, smooth and wonderful experience as soon as I was conne Ira Toyota of Manchester, and although the experience started off a bit rocky, it was an easy, smooth and wonderful experience as soon as I was connected with salesman Muamer Durakovik "Mo." Like all dealerships right now, the new car inventory was nonexistent, which was frustrating, so Mo took the time to find the exact vehicle I wanted & had it shipped to Ira Toyota of Manchester for me. I was hesitant to lock myself in to a vehicle before I even had eyes on it, but Mo explained that a fully-refundable $500 deposit was all it took to secure the vehicle for me, and I could change my mind if the vehicle arrived, and it wasn't everything I wanted. He took the time to get this process started for me on his day off, and he even had me test drive a similar pre-owned RAV4 so I could get the feel of it before mine arrived. The RAV4 arrived four days early, and I fell in love as soon as I set eyes on her. Mo took the time to have the RAV I test drove and the RAV I purchased parked up front and warmed up upon my arrival. Talk about going above and beyond! When I arrived to purchase my RAV, Mo had everything ready, so I was in and out very quickly. I worked with Peter Plansky in Finance, and he was so patient and clearly explained all of my options, answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best payment route for me. Never once did I feel pressured by Mo or Peter. I felt they were doing all they could to help me and ensure I was not only happy with my new vehicle, but thrilled and confident I was making the right choice. Mo has followed up with me a couple times to see how I was liking my new RAV4, which I appreciate the follow-through. Thank you so much, Mo and Peter, for treating me with respect, honesty and genuine customer service. More

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! Long but read before you feel the pain! THEY PUT STICKERS ON UNSAFE VEHICLES TO BOOK THE SALE!!! YOU WILL PAY! Ernesto-Sorry for a sales guy you tried... From there it wen feel the pain! THEY PUT STICKERS ON UNSAFE VEHICLES TO BOOK THE SALE!!! YOU WILL PAY! Ernesto-Sorry for a sales guy you tried... From there it went to why it's the customer's fault "AS IS". KEEP READING... -First sign was Ernesto measured tires said they are "under the specification requirement" for INSPECTION (PAY ATTENTION HERE) would be replaced. The guy from "The back" comes out pre-close and says sales measurement tools aren't as good as ours" the tires meet specifications and shows me on a different stick. OK... I BOUGHT TIRES (CARS FOR MY DAUGHTER) NOW IT GETS GOOD After purchasing the car with the IRA VALIDATED "NH STATE" sticker IRA GROUP TOYOTA that was placed on the windshield against state law in NH (just wait there's more). I take it to a Subaru dealer.... safety first right. ***OIL ON EXHAUST- equates to NH RSA266.8 failure of sticker - Have sworn statement and photos from MASTER TECH AT DEALERSHIP *AC condenser leaking * 5 other wear-related issues I'm fine with (only about $2k) but par for a used car- I'm not an xxx. So after 2 requests to get IRA to fix the condenser answer was NO. Based on the fact, they recharged the AC and knew it was leaking. Offered to me paying additional $$$$. This is the point where I went a full 27 point inspection with Subaru. I can post pictures of the leak (BEFORE AND AFTER AND INTERNAL SEAL) they (REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP IN NH) found and attested to the FACT THIS VEHICLE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ISSUED A NH STATE INSPECTION STICKER. Not to discredit IRA, however, my interaction with their service lead was behind closed doors, immediately requested copies of my photos( weird) and basically, I requested their statements in email. Their reply was "we will show you why it's not leaking on exhaust" DUH it takes time thus my original complaint based on "as is STATUS AND FAILING INSPECTION" PRE SALE. Pedro Hincapie- phincapie@iramotorgroup.… the "Manager" basically told me we put dye in the oil micro-scrubbed the engine and will show you how we're not at fault. (I have internal/external pics pre-scrubbing they did that shows oil on exhaust under direct violation of NH inspection codes) Long story short Pictures are worth 1000 words please don't get f%$ked like me! * if anyone wants to see pics or discuss concerns please feel free to contact me. THE VEHICLE SHOULD NEVER BE ISSUED A STATE INSPECTION STICKER! AND THIS IS BACKED BY ANOTHER MASTER MECHANIC. THEY SAID THEY STATED THEIR"S DISAGREED. LET'S SEE WHAT PICTURES PROVE! More
Heartless, crooked, and greedy. Had two trade-ins that we submitted full & complete information to a salesman for, including a bunch of photos: one has a dent in the bumper and the other has a check-engine l submitted full & complete information to a salesman for, including a bunch of photos: one has a dent in the bumper and the other has a check-engine light that came on recently. Was assured he would “make a deal happen” between our trade-ins and vehicle purchase price to get financing to a specific monthly payment amount - even confirming trade-in value prior to coming down. Drove 4.5 hours ONE WAY to have the sales manager (don’t even know his name because he didn’t bother to introduce himself) come out abruptly after our trades were assessed and basically accuse me of knowing the vehicle with the check engine light needs a new motor. I’m not a mechanic - I was trading it in because I didn’t want to invest money into fixing whatever the issue is. We had the code checked when the light came on and it was a fuel emissions error - which the salesman also knew. I had the vehicle inspected two weeks ago and the only reason it didn’t pass inspection is because of a small oil leak - they said nothing about the motor. The sales manager proceeded to crassly say VERBATIM “the motor will probably blow up on your drive home but I can offer to fill up your gas tank for the inconvenience of driving so far.” Then proceeds to say the other vehicle had “way more damage” than what the pictures showed; when asked for specifics because we had sent in all requested pictures of the dent in the back bumper (salesman we were working with confirmed this) he had no response. I had to cut him off multiple times for clarification because he was saying everything so fast as if he didn’t have time for the conversation. Zero care, delivered what could be devastating news with a “sorry not sorry” attitude, and didn’t bother to offer an alternatives or try to make a deal. He made it obvious that they didn’t need our business unless we agreed to take a huge hit on our trade-ins. If when presenting the information on the supposed motor issue you guys had acted like you cared even a minute amount we would have still bought, even with the increase in financing amount, but the way you spoke and treated us is what made us walk out - which conveniently enough on our way out heard one of the other salesman yell out to our salesman (not even five minutes after they told us about the trade-ins) that he had a HOT LEAD on the vehicle. They didn’t care about the sale with us because they knew someone else was waiting in line. They had no intention of giving us the trade in amount that I outright told them I needed (and they said would make happen) in order to make the deal work. They thought they could sucker me in to driving that far and would feel like I had no other choice when I got down there by using scare tactics to fear driving my vehicle back home. (P.S. it made it the entire 4.5 hours back to my house with no issue - 9 hours of driving & 400 miles total for the day.) I knew it was a more complicated trade-in/financing deal & can handle being told the financials don’t match up; what I can’t handle is wasting my time & being tricked into coming down and then being bullied into taking less for my trade-ins because they knew we could afford more on the monthly payment. Feeling sorry for the countless customers who’ve likely had a similar experience and didn’t know any better. Go here if you’re looking to get low-balled on your trade-in and scared into buying for a higher price. DO NOT go here if you’re looking for an honest transaction. Absolutely aghast with the lack of care and honestly from this dealership - especially from a manager! Will be making a formal complaint. More
As a loyal customer with this dealership for over 8 years and 3 vehicles, this trip was extremely disappointing. The dealer had me sit and wait for over a 45 minutes just to come back and tell me my trade w and 3 vehicles, this trip was extremely disappointing. The dealer had me sit and wait for over a 45 minutes just to come back and tell me my trade was approximately $2500 less than what I owed which was not true as my vehicle was in immaculate condition and I also had a KBB offer of $2000 more than I owed with their manager’s name on the offer. When I spoke with the manager, he was extremely impolite telling me it was only my “opinion “ my vehicle was worth more. Also, due to COVID and the lack of availability, Toyota corporate mandated a “market adjustment “ When I told him that was not advertised, he said that was not the business’ fault. I told him false advertisement is not good business and this was not the way to treat loyal customers who had previously purchased three vehicles from them. The dealer, John Palumbo, also agreed with me but the manager, Ted Piotriwicz, said it was “good business “. I left the dealership and immediately contacted the general manager, Mike Cico, who did return my phone call. He offered to pay my vehicle off but did NOT offer any type of apology for his manager‘a behavior and unprofessional way of treating former customers. It is so disappointing the dealer could not get the sale due to his manager’s actions. Stay away from this dealership as they have no interest in taking care of customers. I’m sure they will see this and totally rebuke the story as untrue but they were wrong this time. Incidentally their competition, Toyota of Nashua, met my request a found me a vehicle at my price, paid off my vehicle, and will deliver when promised. Thank you Toyota of Nashua. More

I bought the car all remotely because of covid, first it took two days to get in touch with their finance department, and during that time I was in contact with three different salesmen, one of which told me “at this point you might be better off just getting outside financing.” When my car was finally delivered apparently a rock hit the windshield so I needed to get the windshield replaced. Then, when I went to get an inspection sticker it was rejected because the front tires were so bald (2/16th). When I called the manager his first assumption was that “they might just be trying to sell me new tires” but he eventually agreed to pay for the tires if I bring it to an Ira Toyota. He set up my appointment but when I got there (I drove 1 hour+ away in bad weather) they said they had no record of an appointment for me and that I also wasn’t allowed to wait there because of covid. We eventually got in touch with the manager and they did the service. But I had to waste another Saturday because of this car, for problems that should have been taken care of before they sold it to me. Overall I got the car at a great price but I paid for it with poor customer service and a number of other annoying, time consuming problems. More
