Scheduled a oil change and tire rotation for my Tacoma 12/23/22 over the phone. Was quoted $90 for the service and I was told that price would be “noted” under my file. Once service was completed price ca 12/23/22 over the phone. Was quoted $90 for the service and I was told that price would be “noted” under my file. Once service was completed price came out to $123.80. Service advisor was not sympathetic to the price I was quoted over the phone and did not see any “note” in my file. Plus no sticker saying when I should bring my vehicle in for its next service. Unprofessional and unfriendly. There’s a reason why I service my vehicles at Toyota of Nashua and NOT Manchester. More
