I’ve had lots of cars but this was my first NEW car and it really felt great to reach this milestone surrounded by professionals who were just as enthusiastic as I was! I’ve been to other dealerships (like, all of them) but Ira was the first that I felt really wanted me to be successful and have exactly the right car to suit my tastes and my financial profile. How about not selling a lemon to a 19 year old girl who is buying her first vehicle? I bought a used Ford Edge from Ira back in October. After less than 3 days, I began experiencing issues with the traction control on the vehicle. It was an intermittent issue that finally got bad enough that I had to bring it into the shop after having it for only 3 weeks. In addition to the traction control problems, the radio and backup camera would shut off for no reason at all. After having it in the shop for a day, IRA said they couldn't find any issues with it and sent me home with an unrepaired vehicle. On my way home from the dealership my car refused to go above 30 mph with smoke pouring out from underneath it. Rather than offering to tow the vehicle back to the dealership, they had me tow it to a Ford dealership using my insurance!!! Once the Ford dealer diagnosed the problem, (I was driving with the front and rear driver's side breaks engaged because the brake booster had gone!) I had to wait another 4 days for IRA to authorize the repairs and pay for it. Of course the Ford dealership found other safety issues with it that IRA offered to replace for free. Something that should have been found when they took delivery of the vehicle prior to them selling it to me. It then took another two days for IRA to pick up the vehicle from the Ford dealership and take it to their place to complete the other repairs....where it sat for 5 days. During this period of time I had told them multiple times that the radio, which also controls the heat, was dying for no reason at all at random times. It would just shut off and not come back on. Their response was that it wasn't really a safety issue and they weren't responsible for fixing it, even if it was still within the 30 day purchase window. This problem continues to do this day. The heat will blast and the radio will freeze and I can't do anything about it. I am now looking down the barrel at a $1000 repair bill on a vehicle I have owned for less than 2 months. To say this has destroyed my faith in car dealers at such a young age is an understatement. My parents had both purchased vehicles from IRA in the past but no more. I would never buy from them again. I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and purchased the other Ford Edge that I was considering, but Cleiton Silva had me so convinced that "this vehicle was exactly what you want and you will have this for a long time as we will stand behind it" (his words) that I was fooled into buying this. When things went ugly, Cleiton completely washed his hands of the issue and dumped it in the lap of the used car manager Brian Lee. Brian did his best to resolve the issue and was excellent at communicating with my father, but I knew his hands were tied by those above him such as GM Andy Ham(who my father left a voicemail for and never heard back from) who would not authorize a costly repair even though it was the right thing to do. I will NEVER buy from IRA Toyota again and if you are reading this, I suggest you stay away from them as well. They only do the minimum and won't go above and beyond to protect your investment or serve the customer. Lesson learned! More

Although it was very busy, he spent his time ensuring all my questions were answered and any concerns I had were heard and handled. He followed up the next day to make sure I didn't have any additional questions. A pleasure to work with and I love my new Rav4! More
