This was my first car buying experience, and it was mostly seamless. Moving forward, I think more frequent communication on car status would be really helpful. In the week between making the car purchase and waiting on confirmation of when it was ready for pick up, it was a challenge getting in touch with anyone via phone or email on the status of the car. Even just a brief email update on would have set my mind at ease. It all worked out in the end, thankfully! More

I waited 3 and a half hours for them to tell me that they don't have the part to finish the repair, but they'll have it the next day. I go in the next day, waited 4 hours for them to tell me they installed the wrong part. Now, my rear two windows won't work. They offered to reassemble the car while removing the wrong parts, so I waited another hour. They come back to tell me that I have to get a rental since they won't finish by closing. But they insist the right parts will be in the next day, they'll fix it early and I'll have my car by noon. Day Three, and no one calls me. I call twice but can't get to anyone, they call me back late in the day to tell me that they won't have the parts until four days later. Day four, I get a call with good news, they actually do have the parts after all, and the car is ready to be picked up. I go there, and no one knows what's going on with my car. They give me my key, and I drive home. I'm not sure if they fixed anything, but they did lose a cap for the interior passenger side door. I wouldn't trust them to change your oil, let alone fix your car. More

I absolutely will not be bringing my car back to this dealership for service, nor would I purchase another one from them. My car had less than 7k miles on it when I brought it in for an issue with the A dealership for service, nor would I purchase another one from them. My car had less than 7k miles on it when I brought it in for an issue with the AC. They told me it wasn’t covered. When I submitted less than positive feedback both on Google and through their post-service follow up I received an email from Matt Cena, the service manager, asking to make it right. I replied several times with a suggestion of how to fix the relationship and radio silence. Oh and did I mention it took me half an hour waiting just to simply dop the car off for my appointment? Disgusting way to treat people. More
Won’t return here after years of bad experiences. Why do I keep going back? I suppose I’m a glutton for punishment. From sales people who know far too little about the vehicles (new Toyotas and other Why do I keep going back? I suppose I’m a glutton for punishment. From sales people who know far too little about the vehicles (new Toyotas and other used brands for sale) to sales managers who strong arm and basically patronize you during negotiation, to the wait to see the finance manager that without fail takes a at least of an hour to even get into their office every single time (of the 4 times this has happened to me I have heard they ‘suddenly got very busy’ from 4 different sales managers), the entire process at Ira Toyota is a nightmare. I could not be happier to be out of my Toyota lease and to never have to return here again. The are much more competent dealerships (including Toyota dealerships) in the area that I would highly recommend above this place. Do yourself a favor and work with literally any other dealer in the Manchester or Nashua area. More
The day that they need sell the car they treat you awesome… after that is awful. I buy from Massachusetts and the first questions that I ask was about the registration process for Massachusetts they S awesome… after that is awful. I buy from Massachusetts and the first questions that I ask was about the registration process for Massachusetts they Said that everything will be set for the registration with my passport, this was a Sunday. They call me on Monday and let me know that without a state ID they can’t do the registration. I get the state ID Tuesday morning and I start call from Tuesday to Friday to let them know that I have my ID until Friday probably I don’t go to have the car from one week more and next month I need to do the first payment and I being paying for the car insurance without using the car. Of course I’m super mad 😡. I buy the car on the 1/10 and i don’t have the car yet. Due to my review in Google, Manager write his email and email him and nothing. They didn’t answer my phone calls either. I send my ID but they don’t rush the process. More
I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium from Ira Toyota of Manchester, and although the experience started off a bit rocky, it was an easy, smooth and wonderful experience as soon as I was conne Ira Toyota of Manchester, and although the experience started off a bit rocky, it was an easy, smooth and wonderful experience as soon as I was connected with salesman Muamer Durakovik "Mo." Like all dealerships right now, the new car inventory was nonexistent, which was frustrating, so Mo took the time to find the exact vehicle I wanted & had it shipped to Ira Toyota of Manchester for me. I was hesitant to lock myself in to a vehicle before I even had eyes on it, but Mo explained that a fully-refundable $500 deposit was all it took to secure the vehicle for me, and I could change my mind if the vehicle arrived, and it wasn't everything I wanted. He took the time to get this process started for me on his day off, and he even had me test drive a similar pre-owned RAV4 so I could get the feel of it before mine arrived. The RAV4 arrived four days early, and I fell in love as soon as I set eyes on her. Mo took the time to have the RAV I test drove and the RAV I purchased parked up front and warmed up upon my arrival. Talk about going above and beyond! When I arrived to purchase my RAV, Mo had everything ready, so I was in and out very quickly. I worked with Peter Plansky in Finance, and he was so patient and clearly explained all of my options, answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best payment route for me. Never once did I feel pressured by Mo or Peter. I felt they were doing all they could to help me and ensure I was not only happy with my new vehicle, but thrilled and confident I was making the right choice. Mo has followed up with me a couple times to see how I was liking my new RAV4, which I appreciate the follow-through. Thank you so much, Mo and Peter, for treating me with respect, honesty and genuine customer service. More

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! Long but read before you feel the pain! THEY PUT STICKERS ON UNSAFE VEHICLES TO BOOK THE SALE!!! YOU WILL PAY! Ernesto-Sorry for a sales guy you tried... From there it wen feel the pain! THEY PUT STICKERS ON UNSAFE VEHICLES TO BOOK THE SALE!!! YOU WILL PAY! Ernesto-Sorry for a sales guy you tried... From there it went to why it's the customer's fault "AS IS". KEEP READING... -First sign was Ernesto measured tires said they are "under the specification requirement" for INSPECTION (PAY ATTENTION HERE) would be replaced. The guy from "The back" comes out pre-close and says sales measurement tools aren't as good as ours" the tires meet specifications and shows me on a different stick. OK... I BOUGHT TIRES (CARS FOR MY DAUGHTER) NOW IT GETS GOOD After purchasing the car with the IRA VALIDATED "NH STATE" sticker IRA GROUP TOYOTA that was placed on the windshield against state law in NH (just wait there's more). I take it to a Subaru dealer.... safety first right. ***OIL ON EXHAUST- equates to NH RSA266.8 failure of sticker - Have sworn statement and photos from MASTER TECH AT DEALERSHIP *AC condenser leaking * 5 other wear-related issues I'm fine with (only about $2k) but par for a used car- I'm not an xxx. So after 2 requests to get IRA to fix the condenser answer was NO. Based on the fact, they recharged the AC and knew it was leaking. Offered to me paying additional $$$$. This is the point where I went a full 27 point inspection with Subaru. I can post pictures of the leak (BEFORE AND AFTER AND INTERNAL SEAL) they (REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP IN NH) found and attested to the FACT THIS VEHICLE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ISSUED A NH STATE INSPECTION STICKER. Not to discredit IRA, however, my interaction with their service lead was behind closed doors, immediately requested copies of my photos( weird) and basically, I requested their statements in email. Their reply was "we will show you why it's not leaking on exhaust" DUH it takes time thus my original complaint based on "as is STATUS AND FAILING INSPECTION" PRE SALE. Pedro Hincapie- phincapie@iramotorgroup.… the "Manager" basically told me we put dye in the oil micro-scrubbed the engine and will show you how we're not at fault. (I have internal/external pics pre-scrubbing they did that shows oil on exhaust under direct violation of NH inspection codes) Long story short Pictures are worth 1000 words please don't get f%$ked like me! * if anyone wants to see pics or discuss concerns please feel free to contact me. THE VEHICLE SHOULD NEVER BE ISSUED A STATE INSPECTION STICKER! AND THIS IS BACKED BY ANOTHER MASTER MECHANIC. THEY SAID THEY STATED THEIR"S DISAGREED. LET'S SEE WHAT PICTURES PROVE! More
