Service was good but IRA failed to get a part for repair Service was excellent - better than Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. This is unacceptable!!. Brandon - who was most helpful - said that the call is routed to Texas and that IRA service has no control over it.Bullcrap. Why should I think about renewing my lease (actually we leased two vehicles) if Ira can't control it's own service center? Now I have to make an unnecessary appointment. I am NOT pleased at all.
