I've owned many cars over my 5 decades and used many repair shops/dealerships, and Ira Toyota is the only place I've ever been that consistently provides great service, regardless of who I deal with there. This time my service advisor was Jenn Gorman, and she was very courteous, got right to business, and suggested some additional services that were beneficial, without trying to sell me a whole bunch of services I didn't need. I'm sure some day I'll have a bad experience--no one is perfect, after all--but it hasn't happened yet. That's a pretty good track record, I'd say,. More

But during the financing part, the finance manager (jarrin langlois) said that because i have a very good to excellent credit, he can match what my bank offered us regarding the interest rate but he did not. If it was not for john palumbo( the sales and leasing consultant) i was thinking of backing out totally from the deal. Not a very good experience in the financing part of the deal. More

John is great! John was very kind and patient with us. Had been looking online at a vehicle and scheduled to come in to see it. When I got there he pointed out there John was very kind and patient with us. Had been looking online at a vehicle and scheduled to come in to see it. When I got there he pointed out there were scratches on the vehicle that I probably hadn't seen in the online photos. He showed me another option that had all the features I was looking for and it was also certified. Drove home same day with the vehicle. Realized next day that one of my key fobs wasn't working, so I emailed him and heard right back to come on in and get that fixed. Thanks John! More

Honestly, I haven't had too much experience with the dealerships because the trucks are pretty much trouble free, still there are the services.... All the dealerships I have visited over the years have been "friendly", no issues there.... but this dealership and Bryan Bell in the Service Dept in particular actually listened to what I was saying ! Imagine ? A service guy who actually listens to your concerns and pays you enough respect to accept what you are saying and help solve the problem instead of blowing you off like you are some kind of dummy ? Priceless in my book ! Thank you for a very pleasant and rewarding experience by fully addressing my concerns. I'll be Back ! . More
