I have never heard of such a thing, I understand month end sales numbers etc. But tell the customer If you do not purchase by x date then the deal is off. I talked to Peter the sales manager, the first call treated me like a number, he did call back and was better but they still will not honor the deal I have in black an white print. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, these guys are all about hitting numbers which I understand, but I really feel screwed here and have one very disappointed college grad! More

I was taken really good care of by Dan Smith. I bought a 2008 Tundra as is. When the engine light went on a few weeks later I though I was going to have to pay for the repairs out of pocket.
