I was taken really good care of by Dan Smith. I bought a 2008 Tundra as is. When the engine light went on a few weeks later I though I was going to have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. My mechanic said that the problem was an old recall. Dan Smith made sure the Toyota of Manchester took care of the problem at no cost to me and answered all of my questions I had on my truck. Dan took great care of me and gave constance updates during the time of the repair. More

Generally, I always have a good experience I had a state inspection and oil change done, mechanic found that my 2004 Tacoma with 67,800 original miles and original muffler was rusted and neede I had a state inspection and oil change done, mechanic found that my 2004 Tacoma with 67,800 original miles and original muffler was rusted and needed replacing. He also found that my rear shocks were bad and needed to be replaced as well.. I owned the vehicle for 13 years and have had no major problems so I cannot complain, it has served me well.. Our car loan Being seniors, I felt we were rushed to buy our vehicle. We didn’t get the price reduced; much less ended up with a long termed loan! At first every warranty was put on, because after three hours of being there, we were exhausted! I did managed to get those removed, but still have the long term loan! He demonstrated the problem and listed some possible solutions which could be identified only once the brakes were disassembled for a detailed inspection.
