There are 2 reasons I gave only 4 stars. 1) when I asked if I could bring the car to a mechanic of my choice before buying, or get something in writing stating I could do it after I bought.... I was pretty much told no... 2) They were pretty set on final price and there wasn't much wiggle room. I was able to negotiate a small discount and an extra service so I didn't really take away a star for this. Overall, I love my vehicle and the quick in and out service at Ira Toyota in Manchester! Our sales consultant; Pedro Sanabria was very knowledgeable in the new vehicle we wanted to purchase and went the extra mile to see that we got the deal "we" wanted. It's also important to note that the sales department has veteran leadership professionals like Bill Kinney backing them up to support their sales staff with the information and guidance needed to make a great buying experience for the customer. If you are looking to purchase a new Toyota vehicle, "go see them" and talk and listen and learn and hopefully make the deal you want and need. More

Smooth and painless purchase I arrived with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I knew I would eventually be buying a new RAV4 but it wasn't going to be today, I only intended I arrived with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I knew I would eventually be buying a new RAV4 but it wasn't going to be today, I only intended to make sure I liked the way the newly designed RAV4 drove compared to my 2006 RAV4. I was greeted by Bill Mazerall when I arrived and explained what I was looking to do. Bill was great, and after test driving a couple of RAV's I found myself considering exactly what I knew I wasn't there to do, buy a new car. Bill is great at what he does and his interest in making the sale without being too pushy kept me engaged. I have had previous experiences at other dealerships that were not positive simply due to my interactions with their sales people; that was not the case with Bill(and David Shafman in the financing department was excellent too) who worked hard to earn my business and it worked. Michael was able to answer to my many questions about the car I was considering to purchase. I have to say that he was as helpful, friendly and diligent a salesperson as I have ever dealt with. I had many questions regarding a 2020 Corolla Hybrid, a car that is in its first model year, and he already knew or quickly researched the answers to all. John Levine, the Sales Manager also deserves kudos. He was very personable and did an extraordinary job of patiently negotiating an offer that we both could accept. Everyone else I had contact with at this dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. More
