I worked with Matt I purchased a used vehicle in March, and was informed the day I picked up vehicle that previous owner never turned over spare key. I worked with Matt Lewis, who was the salesperson I dealt with to purchase the vehicle. Although it took over a month from when I bought vehicle, Matt was able to have ekeys respond to my residence and made a spare key for the vehicle, which was billed to Ira Toyota. The sale was already done and Matt did not have to go out of his way for this, but he and Ira Toyota did the right thing and had the spare key made. Top notch. More
