I could not contact my service advisor to ask for a status update all afternoon. I called the general service line three times and they could not reach my service advisor. Finally on the last call 1/2 status update all afternoon. I called the general service line three times and they could not reach my service advisor. Finally on the last call 1/2 hour before closing the person I talked to, not my service advisor, told me the car was done. All that I had done was a State safety inspection and an oil change. It took 5+1/2 hours and I could get no updates. I will no longer come for service there. More

Danielle the service advisor was super nice and explained to me about the oil being changed only every 10,000 miles not 5,000. I’ve always been pleased with IRA’s service.
