They replaced one of my headlights in the meantime so that the cops wouldn't pull me over again. the service manager told me this could have been taken care of three weeks ago when I was there rather than having to make a special trip back today. Ira Toyota's online service sign up paired with my interaction with George was just super efficient. George was so helpful and even helped me with some interesting key fob questions about low battery messages. He was really helpful and what made my experience even better was the dedicated office space in the waiting area. I was able to work at a desk in a quiet glassed in area with WIFI and electrical so I didn't loose any time working. I was really happy with that 30K service call. Thank you so very much! More
