"Temp" knob on heater/ac unit did not work. Jenny-Lynn Loring was my service advisor. I explained my problem to her. From that point on she regularly briefed me on how things were progressing. She was very sincere, polite and courteous and very much a professional in addressing issues of significance. I felt totally comfortable because of her in how things were developing and she certainly was instrumental in how this entire matter was handled. My vehicle that I brought in was a 2005 Toyota Highlander which I purchased new back during that time period. There was a marked difference in how Toyota service advisors were back then, as compared to the present in how Ms. Loring represented Toyota on this occasion.
