My check engine light came on and check hybrid system. After the above lights came on in my 2011 Toyota Prius, I called Tim Gleason (about 4pm). He told me to come in that day as soon as I could get there. He checked me in right away and came back to tell me that they needed to check the car to see what was wrong. He kept me informed of what was happening and told me the results. I told him I would wait for a bit because of my work situation and he told me to call him when I was ready to come back. One question. Service was quick and efficient on oil change. Service rep told me i am very close to needing new tires which is true. I asked why i wasn't quoted Michelins since I received an email saying one of your January specials was buy 4 Michelins and get a free alignment. Reply was Michelins were not quoted because they were out of stock. Just curious why you would advertise a special for month and be out of product on the 11th of month? More
