If negative stars were an option that would be my rating for the service department. I brought up a concern multiple times. They did not resolve the issue, and called to say my car was ready, when they didn for the service department. I brought up a concern multiple times. All dealerships suck, but this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. They assumed because I’m a woman I don’t know what I’m talking about and didn’t resolve the issue. I’ve always had great experiences for service here, but today, I was waiting for 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Sounds like they may have been short staffed in the shop.
