I went in to get 1 tire replaced in which I called ahead of time to make sure they had the tire I needed. While they did the work I specifically made them knowledgeable ahead of time and asked ahead of time of time to make sure they had the tire I needed. Service reps that I have worked with the two times in four weeks of ownership were ok to deal with and understood the issues I had with my new purchase (used vehicle, CERTIFIED). The lates one was trying to convince me that replacing the SD card was an Internal software issue, not the SD card the manual tells you to check. Unfortunately, the sales staff and loan officer were not so truthful. I was told full warranty, but when came time for repairs of deficiency known at sale, they would not cover them. Also, I was told I needed brake and differential fluid changes. I put less that 1300 miles on it since purchase. I would think they would have changed fluids before sale. We now have a 3 letter word that should not be repeated. More
