I usually go for typical maintenance for my Toyota. Today was okay. I requested a tire rotation. They "didn't see my text" reply to do the tire rotation, even though I requested it at the time she took Today was okay. I requested a tire rotation. This was the worst service center I've ever been to. Seems like it was run very xxxx poorly. Call to put a complaint in and no one answered the phone three times. This was only dropped off for warranty work I'm glad I didn't have to pay anything for this poor service. More
