Customer service was not up to standard at all . I was impressed with the other clients service people as they came to the waiting room checking up. I exspect good service if I’m spending close to 3k on multiple services and have to still come back. More

I don’t understand why it should take 3 hours to do a State safety inspection. If you give me an appointment time, it should be reasonably close to when your tech will actually work on the car. I brought my rava 4 in for tire rotation and rear hatch not opening all the time.They found a issues with sensors on the lift gates.had to order replacement parts.When I got home I found out they never rot not opening all the time.They found a issues with sensors on the lift gates.had to order replacement parts.When I got home I found out they never rotated tires so when I went back for the lift gate told them about it. This time I marked the tires. Pick up vehicle the lift gate was fixed tires were not rotated after they said they did them. That's twice. Do not TRUST THEM. More
