The work they do seems ok so far, however they do not honor appointment times at all. The least amount of time I've spent over several appointments was 2 hours and some have gone close to 4. In contrast my Subaru dealer for an oil change and inspection, I'm out the door in an hour. Be prepared to spend a half day any time you have any service done. I continue to use them because of warranty coverage, otherwise I would not. More
I've been using the service department since 2013 and have amfound it to be responsive, effective, honest, and competitively priced.
