Great dealership BUT there have been two occasions where I have mentioned getting something done- today for example I needed differential fluid exchanged and it wasn’t done even though it was recommended la I have mentioned getting something done- today for example I needed differential fluid exchanged and it wasn’t done even though it was recommended last time and this time. Another example is that I needed an oil change but the technician read my previous dealerships paper wrong…now I have to go back to get my car serviced because no one had listened to me nor fact checked me. It already takes 2 hours for an oil and tire rotation. My next service I had to request a loaner car and the technician today told me he’d give me a call by the end of the day and I never received a call for service scheduled on 8/3/23 More

Poor customer service . I made an appointment to get my oil changed, they rotated tyres instead and charged for it . Apparently the internet was down, They asked if i was in for 25k maintenance and i said I guess . That was the only interaction at checkin . I had no idea they couldn’t see any details of my appointment. Brandon Rodriguez who was the Service advisor did not mention the internet was down till they had to send an invoice . Tyler who was the manager said he is sure they told everyone before check in and that i should have known internet was down because they checked in with a book and not an iPad lol . I will never be coming back to this dealership and i will make sure my family and friends do not do any business with the dealership as well . More
