Scheduled a oil change and tire rotation for my Tacoma 12/23/22 over the phone. Was quoted $90 for the service and I was told that price would be “noted” under my file. Once service was completed price came out to $123.80. Service advisor was not sympathetic to the price I was quoted over the phone and did not see any “note” in my file. Plus no sticker saying when I should bring my vehicle in for its next service. Unprofessional and unfriendly. There’s a reason why I service my vehicles at Toyota of Nashua and NOT Manchester. More
An absolute nightmare to deal with. I went in for a recall on air bags. I waited 3 and a half hours for them to tell me that they don't have the part to finish the repair, but they'll h I went in for a recall on air bags. I go in the next day, waited 4 hours for them to tell me they installed the wrong part. Now, my rear two windows won't work. They offered to reassemble the car while removing the wrong parts, so I waited another hour. They come back to tell me that I have to get a rental since they won't finish by closing. But they insist the right parts will be in the next day, they'll fix it early and I'll have my car by noon. Day Three, and no one calls me. I call twice but can't get to anyone, they call me back late in the day to tell me that they won't have the parts until four days later. Day four, I get a call with good news, they actually do have the parts after all, and the car is ready to be picked up. I go there, and no one knows what's going on with my car. They give me my key, and I drive home. I'm not sure if they fixed anything, but they did lose a cap for the interior passenger side door. I wouldn't trust them to change your oil, let alone fix your car. More
I absolutely will not be bringing my car back to this dealership for service, nor would I purchase another one from them. My car had less than 7k miles on it when I brought it in for an issue with the A dealership for service, nor would I purchase another one from them. My car had less than 7k miles on it when I brought it in for an issue with the AC. They told me it wasn’t covered. When I submitted less than positive feedback both on Google and through their post-service follow up I received an email from Matt Cena, the service manager, asking to make it right. I replied several times with a suggestion of how to fix the relationship and radio silence. Oh and did I mention it took me half an hour waiting just to simply dop the car off for my appointment? Disgusting way to treat people. More
They say: "Never trust a dealer!". I would not believe that if I had not had the experience I had today! 1) They ate their words of promising me 3 free maintenance when I bought the car because they refus that if I had not had the experience I had today! 1) They ate their words of promising me 3 free maintenance when I bought the car because they refused to give me the 3rd free maintenance; 2) One of the advisors tried to cheat me by telling me she got me a coupon for the synthetic oil change, but the actual coupon discount is much lower than that. Had I not found the coupon on line, or had I just trusted this advisor, I would had been fooled and cheated! Terrible! Terrible! More

So they replaced the Torque converter and I now have a vibration that I can feel. I brought the car back to let them feel the vibration on 04/15/2020. They tell me they drove a 11 and 15 with the same drive train which they say its barely felt. Maybe those torques will need replacement. Now sometimes going forward with the car I get a hesitatgion then the car may jump ahead of hesitate to move. Where is Glen Kimball when you need him? This wouldn't of happened. ADC More
