I always make my appointment with my same service advisor who is the main reason I keep returning. Service is done in a timely manner. I am kept informed and the facility itself provides a great waiting area with fresh delicious coffee and morning snack items. My lease is up in the next few months and because of my service experience, Ira Toyota of Manchester will be the first dealership I will contact when I start looking for my next car. As far as I am concerned, , I cannot see one area in which they need to improve. More

I spoke with Tyler Cotter, who was wonderful and accommodating. I live in Gloucester, MA and could not get any satisfaction at IRA Danvers, MA. Each time I called IRA Danvers, they never had the parts, and the one time they claimed they did, I made an appt only to be called the next day to say they don't have the parts. I decided to call IRA Manchester and Tyler Cotter set me up with a Saturday appt (my parents live in Manchester, so it was convenient for them to pick me up and drop me off at the dealership) and kept me posted every step of the way. Thank you, Tyler for a great experience and friendly and professional appt. I give Tyler Cotter 10+ stars! More
