Great experience this time I have to say, this is the first time I have gotten a oil change in under 2 hours with a appointment. I always have a appt and it’s usually 2-3 hours. I am kept informed and the facility itself provides a great waiting area with fresh delicious coffee and morning snack items. My lease is up in the next few months and because of my service experience, Ira Toyota of Manchester will be the first dealership I will contact when I start looking for my next car. As far as I am concerned, , I cannot see one area in which they need to improve. More
