I spoke with Tyler Cotter, who was wonderful and accommodating. I live in Gloucester, MA and could not get any satisfaction at IRA Danvers, MA. Each time I called IRA Danvers, they never had the parts, and the one time they claimed they did, I made an appt only to be called the next day to say they don't have the parts. I decided to call IRA Manchester and Tyler Cotter set me up with a Saturday appt (my parents live in Manchester, so it was convenient for them to pick me up and drop me off at the dealership) and kept me posted every step of the way. Thank you, Tyler for a great experience and friendly and professional appt. I give Tyler Cotter 10+ stars! More
