Amazingly Responsive When I called late on a Thursday afternoon with a truck breakdown I was resigned to the fact that I was probably looking at the following week before When I called late on a Thursday afternoon with a truck breakdown I was resigned to the fact that I was probably looking at the following week before my truck would be repaired. Imagine my surprise when they told me it could be looked at the following day(Friday). Having already determined what the problem was by looking up the DTC, the potential cost was in the thousands. However, unknown to me , this particular problem was covered by the factory as an inherent problem so therefore there was no charge. They also went the extra mile by going through the vehicle and checking everything from the tires to the belt to all the fluid levels. First time in a long time that I left without one dime out of pocket. A very pleasant experience with outstanding service. More
