On The Road Emergency Leaving an appointment, I started my Prius and is sounder like a tractor. Figuring the worst, I called Ira service and spoke to my service rep, John Oliver. He said bring it right down so we can look at it. I had been sitting in their waiting area for 5 minutes when John came in to tell me it was a heat shield that had come loose and they could have me out in less than 30 minutes at a "very reasonable" cost . They did. I was thrilled that I could;d get such quick great quality service at a wonderful price. More

The Team at IRA Toyota Service is second to none. Cashier was very busy processing Work Order completions. Go Somewhere Else I'm very unhappy with the service we received recently. My husband brought in his Toyota Tacoma (which was purchased brand new at this location) to b I'm very unhappy with the service we received recently. My husband brought in his Toyota Tacoma (which was purchased brand new at this location) to be fixed. After using the four wheel drive, which got stuck, there were mechanical issues and rubbing. We were told it was fixed and they upsold us with a bunch of regular maintenance issues for a total of $1,580. We picked up the truck, drove one mile and continued to hear and feel all the same issues. We brought it back. We were then told it was a tire that had slipped a band. We brought it to our tire company who spent three weeks attempting to locate the issue. New tires did not fix the issue. Putting on the old rims did not fix the issue. One month later, we call IRA Toyota again to let them know what they did did not fix the issue, the tires are not the issue and we were told "I don't know what to tell you. We fixed it." No, sir. YOU DID NOT FIX IT. Why would I be calling you AGAIN to fix a problem we've had for over a month if it was fixed? We've been without the vehicle for over a month!!! If this is how they fix the vehicles that are purchased through this location, I would HIGHLY recommend that you shop somewhere else. It's obvious that customer service is not their priority...upselling on maintenance and making a buck is. More
