Super Customer Service Experience! Amazing Staff I went to IRA Toyota Manchester for my first service with my new used car. It was for tire rotation. I pulled into the garage that had several servi I went to IRA Toyota Manchester for my first service with my new used car. It was for tire rotation. I pulled into the garage that had several service stations - a great layout as I do not see this in many service centers at dealerships. Tyler and Michelle (a trainee) were working together at this station. Greeted me with a friendly welcome , very professional. Took time to ask me questions. I asked about how my warranty worked. They had all the data for questions I asked at their fingertips on tablet and provided all that I needed to know.They discovered on their walk around my car that my windshield wiper inserts needed to be replaced. I was happy they found that!. I waited for my car to be serviced in a very clean, colorful waiting room. The service was done earlier than expected. I got a text while sitting in waiting area updating me with status.They also went above and beyond had my car vacuumed and washed. They gave me report on my tires as well as an overview of next service and dates. I left delighted knowing that Tyler and Michelle really knew everything about my car. and could show me this on Tablet - very handy! I did not know Michelle was training she was really good with asking me questions, assessing needs with my car and capturing info. Tyler with his knowledge and experience at IRA made me feel very confident that my car would be well taken care of. I don't recall having this great of a service experience at dealerships in past. I made a point to speak with Service Manager to provide comments about this outstanding team focused on customer service and customer experience with all details They put sticker inside my car to let me know next date of service. I would highly recommend IRA and their outstanding service center! Many thanks! More

World class service I left there 10 years ago with my 2008 Highlander with 62,000 miles on her give or take a couple. Second time I returned was yesterday in 10 years! I cannot say enough about my experience yesterday! I was greeted by a driver to tell me that the service person would be there shortly from that point on I had the best experience I’ve ever had! Bryan The gentleman who checked my vehicle in was wonderful absolutely wonderful! I chose to go speak to a sales person unfortunately I do not have his name but he was the best listener took down everything I wanted in two vehicles I’m looking for treated me with such respect listen to me did not interrupt at any point. After I was done he asked me if I’d like to wait for him to do vehicle searches or for him to contact me when I pick up the vehicle . Upon returning to pick up the vehicle I was greeted by my 2008 highlander with 522,909 miles right in front of the bay next to the show room entrance on display for everybody to look at it she’s in great shape she’s been well taken care of and the only problem with her right now she needs a couple coils and wires she’ll be back! My sales person came out looked at the vehicle Just take a picture of it with pride the mileage and the outside of the vehicle as I said this vehicle is pretty much almost excellent condition and just how you people treated me that’s a world-class dealership and sales person! I can’t wait for him to locate the vehicles I’ve asked for an return. I was completely impressed with the service and the sales in the whole dealership the atmosphere was great nobody was pushy everybody was relaxed and available if you needed them best experience ever can’t wait to come back thank you again for everything!
