They thought it was going to take 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the service and recall but it took about 4 hours. I was supposed to have had Jenny Lynn Loring as my consultant but I never saw her. I did not get an update from anyone when the time went longer than expected. A consultant I never met, and did not introduce himself, did come at the end to say my vehicle was ready to take home. . Stressful issue resolved I had to re-register my vehicle (first time for me) since my divorce. Had to get a new registration and plates. I had had inspection done on 9/11/18 a I had to re-register my vehicle (first time for me) since my divorce. Had to get a new registration and plates. I had had inspection done on 9/11/18 at Ira. The month for inspection at the 9/11 date was 9/19 on sticker. Now I needed it changed to 3/19. I was able to get my issue corrected that afternoon even though I did not have an appointment. I had made two trips to City Hall for the registration. I was quite stressed out. I was so glad that I was able to get everything straightened out that same day. I have gone through so much since January 2018 and I have to say I was extremely grateful for the service time that was given to me to get everything resolved. Thanks Ira for doing a great job! More
Quick and easy I have only used Ira Toyota twice so far; primarily due to my wife's experience with them regarding her Tundra. It was awesome.
