Brought in Rav for free maintenance. Good service. Asked that car also be washed/vacuumed, but it was raining so could they just vacuum. Got a price of $30 to vacuum and "clean up" inside. When I got my vehicle back, they had vacuumed the front at no charge. I appreciated that!! It's the little things sometimes. However, I do find your inspection price of $45 a bit high. More

Much improvement over past experiences I do not believe my expectations are too high. I expect that, especially when I make appointment, to be greeted and checked in promptly and that the I do not believe my expectations are too high. I expect that, especially when I make appointment, to be greeted and checked in promptly and that the service be completed within a reasonable time frame. On this occasion, we were in fact greeted promptly and turned over to a service advisor who would be there the following morning (we dropped the vehicle off the night before for the following day's service). I received a call within a few hours that same evening and was told by Adam that he had moved the service up to ensure it was completed by the time I needed it back the following day. I was very impressed by his initiative and understanding of my needs as a consumer. This service was indeed five stars. The question above as for an overall rating. Sadly, this service has been the anomaly rather than the rule. Frequently, we have had to wait without even an acknowledgement for extended periods of time. Service for even just oil changes has taken exorbitant time. I am hopeful that the fresh faces indicate a change in the way Ira does business. More
