Great Service Experience! Brought my 2017 Tacoma to IRA-Manchester for my 20K service and inspection. My service representative Dan Smith was extremely cooperative to work with. What struck me most about this appointment was that I had an issue with what appeared to be surface corrosion building up on my rims. I pointed this out to Dan. While the truck was being serviced, he did some investigation with the reconditioning department regarding my issue. It was found not to be corrosion but a build-up of some sort. Dan himself borrowed a solvent from the recon department and cleaned each of my 4 rims himself in the parking lot after my service appointment was complete. That extra mile says a lot about his attention to customer satisfaction. Nice job! More
I find them to be very thorough. I wish the waiting room were not so noisy. It's not relaxing because too much noise is coming from too many directions.
