This was the second time Wayne Calabretta was available to test drive a Nautilus with us. This time the color and engine we were looking for was available. We picked up the new car the next day. Fifth Lincoln I fell in love with Lincolns and Irwin since my 2008 MKX. I have since had 3 MKZs and just leased a 2019 MKC on April 30,2019. The sales staff and se I fell in love with Lincolns and Irwin since my 2008 MKX. I have since had 3 MKZs and just leased a 2019 MKC on April 30,2019. The sales staff and service department are wonderful and with the concierge service I feel like royalty. I definitely will be back again in 2023! More

Top Notch Everything Last year my wife and I explored leasing a new Lincoln. We end up not doing the deal and returned a year later. Within minutes Adam pulled up our in Last year my wife and I explored leasing a new Lincoln. We end up not doing the deal and returned a year later. Within minutes Adam pulled up our info and picked up right where we left off. My wife and I are both very much into cars, and he was extremely knowledgable on all of the features of the newly redesigned model. We also brought some pricing information from another dealer and he was able to back into, right down to the penny how the other dealer manipulated the lease numbers. He was so straight forward and easy going, it made doing the deal a no-brainer. The level of professionalism of Adam and everyone else at Irwin was above and beyond what we experienced at other Lincoln dealers. They also promised that we'd be able to complete the lease transaction and pick up the vehicle in an hour on a Saturday morning. We went slightly over maybe by 20 minutes, but that was due to pleasurable conversation, not us being held hostage. He took the time to help my wife get set up with all the personalization in the vehicle and continues to answer questions we have a week later. Chuck in finance was just as pleasurable and knowledgable. My time with him was short but the conversation was great. He thoroughly explained everything and helped us evaluate certain risks without pushing an upsale. I would do this transaction 100 times over with these two gentlemen. More
