Friday purchase and was told they were going to need to prep and detail the car for us before we leave with it. Monday I receive a car with grease streaking on the tan leather interior and the dpad to cont prep and detail the car for us before we leave with it. One day after I get a new car and I now have to wait for the service Dept to get it fixed. Horrible attention to details and this caused me to change to Malouf in North Brunswick as my preferred dealer. Let me tell you it's lucky for the NJ dealers that NY can't sell me a gas engine because Dana Lincoln of Staten Island blows these places out of the water when it comes to customer service. More
