I, usually, have my car serviced here and I'm assuming that the tech is only going by a Manuel's recommendations as to what needs to be serviced. I average about 2 hours for an oil change... a bit much bu that the tech is only going by a Manuel's recommendations as to what needs to be serviced. My only concern is when I'm told i need a part when I know the part in question is brand new (wipers, cabin air filter etc.) All i can say is know what you need and not what the tech says you need. I have been with Irwin Mazda for a least a decade. I purchased two cars from them and recently purchased a third Mazda for my son. The service department is exceptional!
