Great experience I had been in contact originally with a salesman at Lester Glenn Hyundai located in Tom's River New Jersey and they made my experience and the end of I had been in contact originally with a salesman at Lester Glenn Hyundai located in Tom's River New Jersey and they made my experience and the end of my first lease very stressful. I had a hard time getting my questions answered by them and this was the first time I've ever leased a vehicle. On my last contact with their salesman he basically told me that "he couldn't help me" after I told him that I had been on Hyundai's website checking out the summer clearance deals and what I was looking for on my next vehicle. However, he did tell me to come back and that they would beat anybody else's price. I was ready to get another vehicle then, but that was terrible and unprofessional service and they lost our business based on that bad experience. We had purchased 3 cars and leased one from this dealership, but we will never return there. I am grateful that my friend recommended Staten Island Hyundai and I was very pleased with my experience with them. I was greatly surprised on how quick I was able to get a new lease. They answered my questions and were very helpful and very professional. Their Manager Richie and Matthew Delise exceeded my expectations and now I love my new Tucson. I will definitely return to Staten Island Hynday at the end my this lease and I will recommend them to my friends. More

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT I went to this dealership since I live in Staten Island and I didn't want to spend my time driving around (not having a car yet,I was actually Ubering I went to this dealership since I live in Staten Island and I didn't want to spend my time driving around (not having a car yet,I was actually Ubering around). The sales guy made an outstanding job, very polite, very honest. We came to an agreement that I thought was good deal, since I was in a rush and I didn't want to Uber anymore. I recently start building my Credit Score so I had to add my brother as a co-signer and here is where the nightmare begun. First, it took two days after I had to go back again to the dealer (like I have time for them!) to run my brother's credit and approve my lease. Then they had to overnight the contract so it could be signed by my brother, and, guess what, it took another two days, I have been told that the guy that takes care of shipments had a medical issues and wasn't able to mail it, (yeah they only have one guy working there,how about the others??!!). Then finally my brother gets the mail sign it and ship it back to the dealer, using the prepaid envelope (my brother lives in LA), it was an overnight shipment, but, since it was Friday, the delivery has been postponed on Monday, so here I am with no car, paying the insurance and paying Uber, all of this just because they keep forgetting things! Now, since I had all that time to do research with other dealers , I discovered that the price I got was actually higher than what I was supposed to get, the manager took advantage of my situation and pretended to give me a good deal. End of story, I would have gotten my car many days ago if they would have worked on my application but sometimes things happen for a reason, and I am now going to lease the car to another dealer who gave me a better deal! Last thing, Mr. Anthony Colacino, the sales guy that I was dealing with, took care of everything but because of his manager, he lost his sale, but I would highly recommend working with him! More
