When I shopped there I observed that none of the dealers were aggressive and they did not seem to pressure people to make a sale. They all seem to love working there. Sal explained my options and helped me work with my budget. I got a great car but also felt good about my transaction. The financing and legal paperwork was also explained in detail. I wish buying my last cellphone had been this easy. More

Do not go here Back in 15’, I was in the market for a Subaru STI, walked into Island Subaru(former Manfredi). Long story short, I was immediately profiled and left w Back in 15’, I was in the market for a Subaru STI, walked into Island Subaru(former Manfredi). Long story short, I was immediately profiled and left within 15 seconds of walking in. So I bought it elsewhere and am happy. I decided to try out the service center(local dealer) after realizing it is a different owner. Made an appointment a week in advance, with a loaner for an AC diagnosis. Appointment set for 9:20, and in the notes it says a different model Subaru, and c/s requests Loaner. Keep in mind, I took off work for this. Service writer says, we don’t have any loaners for you. Everyone in this place has an attitude and are non welcoming. I understand that this is not a luxury dealer but still believe a customer should be treated with the utter most respect. It’s a customer service based business. Nobody knows who put me in for an appointment. They decided to reschedule for me for next week and I left. I am definently not coming in. I am thankful that I did not give my business to the dealer when I was in the market for a car and glad I won’t be returning to give my business for service. I guess I’m better off working on the vehicle myself with less frustration. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. I do not remember the names who I dealt with More
