Donna was great. My experience with Donna was wonderful. She was very nice and professional. However we did not appreciate having to wait for our bill of sale. We were paying in cash and we sat for 2 1/2 hours waiting for finance in order to sign 5 pieces of paper. Our appointment was for 7 pm and people who walk in after us saw the finance person before us. It was ridiculous to wait that length of time for something that took less that 10 minutes. More
