I walked in not knowing what to expect or how to go about my first car buying experience. The staff at Island Subaru made this very comforting and easy for me. They did not pressure me and we’re not pushy salesman. They understood that I wanted to take my time with my decision. I spent a lot of time at the dealership on 3 different days working with John. He made me feel very comfortable along the way. On top of getting a great price, I got great customer service every step of the way. I noticed a small scratch on the bumper of the vehicle and the guys had it taken care of within 24 hours bedore I made my decision to purchase the vehicle. They worked around my schedule and did everything they could to make my buying experience as painless and easy as possible. Ramon sat with us in the Outback for quite a while & casually spoke about all the amazing features, no pressure, no annoyance, just talked to us as if we were at a social event. The entire staff was super friendly, not aggressive or pushy at all. We also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Greg, the sales manager, John & Candice in finance. ALL SO FRIENDLY & professional. Even the other sales people on the floor came over to ask if we wanted water or coffee & pizza! Candice explained everything in detail & was so patient with us as we asked her a lot of questions, sometimes the same ones over again. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
