Chris P is the way to go! I came to Island Toyota all the way from NJ on the side closer to Pennsylvania to look at a pre owned 2015 Lexus ES 350. I immediately did not vibe wi I came to Island Toyota all the way from NJ on the side closer to Pennsylvania to look at a pre owned 2015 Lexus ES 350. I immediately did not vibe with the car and throughout the entire process Chris P was trying to get me into a car that was as close as humanly possible to my outlandish desires. He was able to get me into a 2018 Camry with Red Leather seats. Something I only ever thought would happen in my dreams. Overall Chris P was excellent at his job, providing great customer care and extremely knowledgeable. There was one guy from the preowned part of this dealership across the street that I did not like however and thankfully we didn't have him otherwise he probably would have lost my business. The man made a very rude comment when my mother asked "what is the average longivity of a Lexus" and while it is a tough question to answer due to varients in the way people drive, his response was "well its a lexus how long do you plan on living" I immediately was turned off by that comment and this man was also insulting to Chris P when I specifically asked Chris about the warrenty and he felt he needed to keep speaking and cutting both me, my parents and Chris off to correct him. With that negativity out of the way, thanks to Chris P we walked out winners but my only negative comment is about the man working at the preowned section. Everyone else that we met at Island Toyota was excellent and I am still giving them 5 stars because my direct sales interaction with my salesman was on point. More
