To be fair the dealership was in the process of switching over to new owners, so it was a challenge for them as well. But overall the people were great and we are very happy with our decision and Island Toyota made us feel like we will want to stick with them in the future. Even the finance manager was extremely helpful and help expedite the signing process. More

Peace of mind I would like to start off by saying this review is per my Father , We first came to this TOYOTA store many years ago we have got a few leases from the I would like to start off by saying this review is per my Father , We first came to this TOYOTA store many years ago we have got a few leases from them already. So we decided to go back to see what this new ownership was all about . When we first arrived we were greeted by Mike Tramontna and my Father told him we wanted a MANAGER no exceptions! with no rejection to that the salesman Mike went and got my father a Manager. My father spoke with Josh the manager who helped us alot and did everything he could for us and we got handed over back to Mike to finish up the process. He was very easy to work and very funny he also answered all our question's as per Josh did as well . My Father a NAVY VET said he has never felt more comfortable being around a saleman before Mike also delivered the car to my Fathers home due to him not being able to wait in showroom cause of his condition. Thank you very much from Myself and My Father. More
