Excellent service! I live in Macomb, Illinois which is a one hour forty minute drive from the dealership. It should make no sense to be so far away from servicing our two BMWs but you offer to pick them up and return as n minute drive from the dealership. This time, as I had other business in Springfield, I offered to drive the car down for servicing thus saving your folks two round trips to Macomb. So, why do this when I could buy new cars here in Macomb. Answer is pretty simple--Service, service, and more service and done with a smile. Jeremy took my keys and that was that. I relaxed, took a walk, and read a magazine i had brought with me and then the car was ready and that was that. I had a question and Mike, who sold us the car, came out and handled everything. I must add that everyone is helpful, kind, and courteous and we have come to expect that. Again, many thanks for making "car issues" and service so seamless. You folks know your business. Gordy More
