I set up an appt with Mike over the phone for 10 A,M, on 2/26/21 I was greeted at the door and Matt explained how the process worked. He gave me an introduction to the service lounge. Several times during the service process, Mike and/or Matt came out and explained the status of my vehicle. I was sent a video of the inspection of my vehicle, which I thought was a rather ingenious idea. When my vehicle was finished, my vehicle was delivered back to me washed and even included tire shine. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only thing that concerned me was that when I received the bill, I noticed that I was charged $ 139 just to inform me that the noise that I heard in the drivers front was a bad CV axle. No repairs were made. CV boot torn/axle bad recommend replace. Just seemed a little pricey for a couple minutes of work. More
