Dante Madison is a 5-star service adviser who went the extra mile for me today when my bluetooth/gps connection had a problem. I called the number on his business card on what turned out to be his day off extra mile for me today when my bluetooth/gps connection had a problem. I called the number on his business card on what turned out to be his day off (!sorry!) and he was immensely professional and helpful in talking me through it. He has been the same way other times he had taken care of my car. More
So I was a beginner at getting a car on my own bc after my grandparents passed I started having car troubles, Donisesha F spoke so highly of how she can help me and all I have all the messages from the mom my grandparents passed I started having car troubles, Donisesha F spoke so highly of how she can help me and all I have all the messages from the moment it started ,I was contacted and told that her and 3 other managers worked on it for hours and they got me approved for a Chevy Cruze 2013 , my exact words that’s like my old car I don’t want to put up with another cruize So she told me to make my payments on time and keep the car 6 months to a year and they will be able to trade me out of it and that he had a full warranty on the car , So I ended up taking her word for it! The first 2 weeks the air went out I reached back to her and told her no ma’am I don’t want it bc this don’t make any sense already having trouble so I ended up reaching out to supervisor at jallen and they told me to bring it in weeks after and they put me in a renter car until it was fixed ! Move forward the car would be ok a few months then back during something crazy so it’s been to the shop a few times since I have had it! So two weeks ago I was on my way to work in it and stop and smell a burning plastic and oil smell so I reach out to Chevrolet and they tell me bring it in and that they was going to charge the 179 for the diagnostic fee if warranty didn’t pick it up but they will call them to make sure what’s covered! It took them days to reach bk out to me and they say that the warranty has expired and the cost is 2200+ for labor and parts , I told them to put the car together Im contacting J Allen bc this doesn’t make any sense when I got the car it was at 71000 and now it’s at 97000 and the warranty expire after 98000! It’s not making sense so the New salesman James that acts like he trying to help you but only in the business of making money he tells me that he looked over the paperwork and he see how I have been having trouble with this car since I got it and he was going to try to do whatever he can to get me out the car so he set me a appt and when I get there it’s a whole setup the lady Hannah that they claim was going to work with me she’s never coming out and it’s starting to give me vibes like all Doniesha clients are not going to be treated fair bc her and Hannah has issues with each other so they send some guy name John or whatever to help and by the way wasn’t helpful at all bc James was behind the scene telling him what to tell me ! So he comes out and say they are trying to find a car with a bigger rebate and they will call me by Monday afternoon ! Well The John dude and not the sales manager James at 9 am to tell me they can’t trade the car in that they gave me !! Ridiculous that could have been a even trade they are so money hungry and don’t care anything about the customers that get ripped off !! They can only say she don’t work here anymore ! It doesn’t matter she worked for yall company and something should be done about it !! How can yall go to bed and sleep knowing the xx yall do to innocent people and how this car situation has my whole life on hold and messed up at the moment! It’s messing with my job my bills and all and it’s literally driving me to being insane! Yall got the money and the cars but long as it’s not beneficial to J Allen and The big guys they don’t care!!! Please be cautious or during any business with these people , make sure you are not alone bring a man that can look at the car before you sign a agreement bc I wouldn’t want anyone going through the xx I’m going through now !!! Would be zero stars if possible, we’re completely unprofessional from the start. First off the salesman and one of the managers straight lied about the price of the truck to get me in the door. Had t unprofessional from the start. First off the salesman and one of the managers straight lied about the price of the truck to get me in the door. Had to sit around for 6 hours even though it was a straightforward cash deal. One manager even apologized and said they needed retraining. I took the truck to get an independent inspection 2 days after receiving and they found $400 of wiring damage that J Allen refused to cover. I contacted J Allen to see what we could do to fix it and fix an alignment issue (the truck pulled hard to the right), no communication for 2 weeks. Finally had to launch a complaint with Toyota corporate to get them to answer me. Once I brought in they quoted me $1500 in repairs that needed “immediate attention” with no mention of alignment. I refused those services. Then they say I owed them $170 for an alignment that I never authorized. I fought back and they finally waived the $170. I go to pick up my truck, still pulls to the right… The vehicle was a CPO Gold 21 Tundra. I didn’t complain about every little ding and scratch or the rodent feces in the engine filter, or the battery not being bolted down, or the used vapes in between the bed and cab, but $40k for a used truck, it needs to drive in a straight line. My concern is there’s a suspension, brake, frame, or tire (new tires) issue. I would avoid this dealership at all costs as the pre purchase, during purchase, and post purchase were horrible. Their techs are sloppy at inspections, service advisors are rude, and the salesman don’t know anything and will lie to your face. More

Car dealerships are normally assessed by the motto "service after the sale". I have dealt with this company for many years, and I can honestly say they are not honest. Not at all. I could go into deta "service after the sale". I have dealt with this company for many years, and I can honestly say they are not honest. Not at all. I could go into detail if the company wants to dispute. I have facts, but I'm not to disperse them. My recent service and numerous other occasions were terrible. Hense, "service after the sale". More
Buying the car was a breeze thanks to our credit! Asked for all financial and other docs related to sales and only gave me a 1 page doc of the limited life time warranty with the vehicle info listed Asked for all financial and other docs related to sales and only gave me a 1 page doc of the limited life time warranty with the vehicle info listed and a USB drive. Was told everything I need is on the drive. Only gave a 7 day temp tag and told I would be able to get a hard plate in 2 to 3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and the dealer hasn't even received the title to complete the paper work for submission to the DMV. I came home inserted the USB drive and it indicates the folder is empty. Tried calling to dealer to get them to over night my docs and no one will return my call. Tried calling and texting the salesman and finance manager that handled the sale and they will not answer or respond to messages. They're customer service is horrible post purchase! I'm having to bring the 2025 Corolla in because it's making rattling noises from the outside near the drivers door while driving and also a clicking sound coming from the drivers ac vent. Hoping the service dept is more responsive. I would not recommend this dealer! More

I recently took my 2013 Toyota RAV4 to J. Allen Toyota for a recall repair and to fix a steering issue. While they did address the recall, the steering problem was not resolved. Initially, I Allen Toyota for a recall repair and to fix a steering issue. While they did address the recall, the steering problem was not resolved. Initially, I was charged over $800 for the steering repair, but later refunded. They then attempted to charge me over $3,000 for a steering column replacement, which I declined. Additionally, they damaged the interior trim of my car and promised to order a replacement part. However, after multiple follow-ups, I was informed that no order exists in their system. Attempts to reach a manager were unsuccessful. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and unresponsiveness. Would not recommend J. Allen Toyota based on my experience. More
Left work early, got a babysitter, Drove 75 miles to purchase what sounded like a certified used van. Got there and it was dented (just happened 😂) Engine was filthy , rugged looking. What a waste. purchase what sounded like a certified used van. Got there and it was dented (just happened 😂) Engine was filthy , rugged looking. What a waste. Worst part - I think they were expecting a woman they could take advantage of and were surprised to find a man was the buyer. So very disappointing for multiple parties More
*NEW BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE* I purchased a vehicle through J Allen Toyota and my overall experience was subpar. They made a mistake on my sales price. The price we agreed on (that I signed on the Pro through J Allen Toyota and my overall experience was subpar. They made a mistake on my sales price. The price we agreed on (that I signed on the Proposal) was not reflected on the actual Bill of Sale. The signing process was electronic with my digital signature applied and the process was rushed through. I was given a flash drive with the documents stored on them versus leaving with the physical paperwork in my hand. So, I didn’t notice the mistake until I got home and reviewed the documents on the flash drive. Please pay attention to the tricks that the Sales and Finance team will try to play on you. I wouldn’t have caught the mistake in sales price unless I reviewed the documents on the flash drive when I made it home. Also, I live out of State and they forgot to send me home with a temporary tag for the vehicle. I called Chad (my Sales Consultant) and immediately notified him of the error in my sales price. Both Chad and Paul (the Sales Manager) were very dismissive to my concerns and were quick to rush me off the phone. I was told by Chad, “Well it was a mistake, we are human, sometimes we drop the ball and don’t always get it right”. Seriously? This is your job and it’s completely unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a check with the difference in the sales price. It has now been over one week since I’ve purchased the vehicle and I haven’t received anything. It’s hard for me to fully enjoy my new vehicle because I’m so disappointed in how poorly the situation was handled at this dealership. The quality of the customer service is poor. I have to continuously follow up with them to receive a simple update on the status of my check and it feels like I’m pulling teeth. I just simply want an answer. I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to receive an update on a mistake that was made by the dealership. This is absolutely ridiculous. There are many other Toyota dealerships to purchase a vehicle from. If I could do it all over again, I would take my business elsewhere. If you are interested in buying a vehicle at this dealership, please take my experience as your warning. More
