Horrible experience with finance manager Nicole I had an experience recently with the finance manager Nicole. I do not think she qualifies to have the title of manager on her name tag. Rather it s I had an experience recently with the finance manager Nicole. I do not think she qualifies to have the title of manager on her name tag. Rather it should be finance IDIOT. She had no clue how to get my deal going. She kept having to call one of the other people in finance, Cedrick was his name I believe. He basically had to come in and babysit her through my deal. This does not work for me. I expect someone who is supposed to be a manager to know what they are doing when I walk in their office, not to have someone else who seems over qualified to be a Finance Manager. Nicole is an idiot who clearly doesnt know how to do her job. This dealership will lose alot of customers if they have to continue to deal with someone who doesnt even have common sense. More
