Quality Toyota Service with a time penalty!! My service was really great! While the price is just a little higher than obtaining service at other (NON-Dealership) garages, I was pleased with the My service was really great! While the price is just a little higher than obtaining service at other (NON-Dealership) garages, I was pleased with the service I received. My Main Problem was the time I had to wait. I brought my car in for an Oil Service, had the tires rotated and had them examine my fan belt because it squeals quite a bit/loudly. I had an appointment, so I should have been in and out in about 30 minutes. 2 hours and 50 minutes (almost 3 hours!!!) I was able to get in my car and head out. Thew most ironic thing??? It was in for "Express Service" I can assure you, "Express Service" is an Oxymoron for Allen Toyota. Everything else was great!!! I would recommend to friends and I will return. More
