Never been for an extreme repair, but the 2 years free service IS free and always quick. I tried to catch them being shady and marked my tires to see if they really did the tire roatation and they actually serviced it correctly (unlike the local joke Nissan dealer)... The sale was also enjoyable. Not pushy, overbearing or full of lies. The guy actually showed concern and didn’t just hand us off to a manager or financing when we hit a snag. I like Allen Toyota and how they do business. Their service department is great as well. I will say this: The younger sales guys will try to sell you a new car while you wait for service! Little do they know how much I enjoy burning Johnathan’s gas in that 5.7L Tundra lol. More
